Task
Develop a web-based digital warranty system that replaces physical booklets with real-time, QR code-enabled solutions, ensuring seamless claim management, instant updates, and enhanced efficiency for customers, workshops, and GMR HQ.
For GMR, Malaysia’s largest reconditioned and second-hand car extended warranty provider, managing and tracking warranty claims for thousands of customers was time-consuming and error-prone. Additionally:
- The physical booklet process was prone to delays and lacked real-time updates.
- Customers faced difficulty during claims due to incomplete or misplaced documentation.
- Panel workshops and GMR HQ struggled with fragmented information, creating bottlenecks in claim validation and service processes.
